Decorist - USA
Product Designer
Decorist is an online interior design service that matches the user with a friendly designer to work with them to pull their room together according to the customers style and budget. They also have additional 3D configuration tools, which caters to e-commerce shopping experience in 3D configurative environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling and auditing end to end experiences of four 3D configuration tools of decorist; Nursery Tool, Dorm Design Tool, and Shop By Room and Admin Portal.

Communicated with clients and conducted various workshops, relevant to gathering insights on edge cases and user stories, while improving user experiences based on data insights. Also responsible for proposing ideas to tackle and introduce experiences that can enhance the user touchpoints and journey within the 3D configuration tools.

Leading and maintaining synergy between clients’ feedback and the engineering team. Visually ideating those ideas and transferring them to the engineering team, while keeping the business goals in mind.

Lead UX & UI Designer
Bed Bath & Beyond is an American chain of domestic merchandise retail stores. The chain operates many stores in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Bed Bath & Beyond was founded in 1971. It is counted among the Fortune 500 and the Forbes Global 2000. Bed Bath & Beyond set their feet in the AR World, looking to innovate and move in the direction to create e-commerce experiences in this upcoming new technology, directly competing with companies such as Wayfair and IKEA.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Designed and integrated AR experiences of products - 3D visualisation module into BBBY's mobile application to create an immersive shopping experience.

Creating intuitive experiences similar to what was happening in the AR world, prior to e- commerce shopping experiences.

Enhancing the AR experience through customer feedback, user testing, and analytic reports given by BBBY’s team in the US.

Bed Bath & Beyond ( 3-D Configurator Web App ) - USA
Junior UX & UI Designer
Bed Bath & Beyond worked on a solution that lets end-users visualize products by virtually placing them in their own room, while providing them with a personalized and interactive shopping experience. A platform for storing, processing, and presenting 3D models via a web app for its users.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Initially, audited the 3D configuration web app that was already in place when I was on-boarded on the team. Simultaneously, also gained insights through usability testing to create streamlined user flows and sitemaps, and presenting them to the team with well organised thought process, use/ edge cases, scenarios, and prototyping.

Designed and improved their native design with better layouts, components and improving their style-guide for the 3D configuration web app.

Gathering insights and brainstorming with the clients and my team to get a better grasp on the concepts in order to move forward with the ideation processes to improve and introduce new functionality experiences that make user experiences intuitive, while creating smoother touch points for end users to meet their needs.
ALL3D - USA
Lead UX & UI Designer
ALL3D provides services and solutions for you to create, approve, customise, collaborate, manage, distribute and monetize your 2D and 3D assets for valuable experiences that span from e-commerce and advertising across any device.
